I volunteered to transport an old friends mentally ill sister here on several occasions for medical and dental treatment. The drive via route 29 was quite enjoyable. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. She seemed to enjoy her visits here each time. She did complain somewhat, but it was mostly about Chinese Lantern Festivals and perceived threats from fictional characters, which of course I am assuming had nothing to do with the medical or dental center. The staff here went out of their way to accommodate her special needs. Not that I was being entirely charitable, there is an excellent ice cream shop directly across the street.
Made appointment was seen ahead of schedule and the personal attention given by all - from nurses to pharmacy is the best I've ever had
The staff is amazing..treat me like family...really best thing ever happen to me when I started coming to Blue Ridge...saved my life..I love each and everyone...my team of doctors and counselor and pharmacy team thank you!!!! Love you all!!!!
